Our phased launch

To ensure every family receives dedicated, high-quality care, PAIRS is launching across Kent in phased stages. During our initial rollout, we are prioritising direct referrals from a small number of groups.


This currently includes neonatal intensive care units (NICU) and perinatal mental health services in the following initial areas of the county:


  • Thanet district
  • East Malling & surrounding areas 
  • Maidstone district

We welcome enquiries from all areas across Kent. Even if your location or professional group isn't listed above yet, please get in touch if you have a family who could benefit from our support.


Depending on our current clinical capacity, we may still be able to accept your referral, offer a professional consultation, or help guide you to other local support while our service continues to expand.
