Our experienced team of psychologists and psychotherapists are here to help you build a positive and loving relationship with your baby.

Funded by Kent County Council and delivered in partnership with Real Group Ltd, the Parent and Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS) provides emotional wellbeing support to families across Kent.
Supporting the bond between a parent or caregiver and their baby is one of the most effective ways to ensure long-term positive mental health for both. We recognise that whilst the transition to parenthood is rewarding, it can also be deeply challenging.
PAIRS is here to provide specialist help for those finding it difficult to understand or connect with their infants.

We work alongside you to plan and deliver the right support for your family. Based on your needs, we’ll work together to achieve your goals and connect you with other local services if you need them.

We want to make things easy for you, and do our best to offer flexibility around the location and timing of meetings. Our caring professionals are here to help - and not to judge or criticise.

Parenthood isn't always easy. Explore a selection of online resources and practical advice that can help strengthen the connection with your baby or toddler.
We welcome all kinds of families and offer flexible therapeutic choices that respect your unique life experience, culture and needs.
We provide advice and guidance to help you understand, bond and play with your baby. Suitable for parents with infants from 0-2, or those who are expecting.
